Dear friends of Theaterkunst, we are rapidly approaching the end of the year, and we are moving even faster through our costume house, as many wonderful national and international productions are ensuring an eventful end to the year.

The costume design by New Zealand costume designer Kate Hawley can currently be seen in the remake of the classic “Frankenstein” on Netflix. We spoke with her in THEATERKUNST TALK about this production, her love of costumes, and the significance of her craft.
