Dear friends of Theaterkunst, cast off! Summer is in full bloom and with it comes many beautiful productions with a mix across the eras. We are open as usual during the summer, so you can drop by at any time. When it’s hot, our fans are running and we promise not to go to the pool or the lake until after work.
Since the beginning of 2025, this extraordinary alliance has united four of the oldest and most established costume houses in Europe: Angels Costumes (London), Sastrería Cornejo (Madrid), Theaterkunst (Berlin) and Tirelli Trappetti Costumes (Rome). We have summarized the advantages for you at THEATERKUNST INTERNATIONAL.
In THEATERKUNST TALK, we talk to Belgian costume designer Charlotte Willems about her work on the “Bookish” series, her love of costume design and what she particularly appreciates about a fundus.
