Dear friends of Theaterkunst, as every year in June, we have put together two beautiful outfits for the little ones for Children’s Day on 1 June. Our children’s collection has been expanded in recent months through various purchases, donations and the acquisition of beautiful items of clothing from the SWR costume collection. Happy children’s eyes on the film set are guaranteed!
Also new to the collection are various costumes from the film “Young Woman and the Sea”, whose costume design was created under the direction of Gabriele Binder. You can find more information and photos in the section THEATERKUNST – NEW IN.
In this month’s THEATERKUNST TALK, we even talk to two costume designers! Suzanne Cave tells us about her work on the series “Eric”, which is currently running successfully on Netflix. And we talk to costume designer Alexander Beck about the series “Wo wir sind, ist oben”, which is available in the ARD media library. Read the interviews to find out what is special about their costume design and what tips they have for career starters.
