The Theory of Everything

After its premiere at the Venice International Film Festival, the film “The Theory of Everything” is now opening in cinemas. The plot is set in the Swiss Alps in 1962. Johannes Leinert (Jan Bülow) travels with his doctoral supervisor (Hanns Zischler) to a physics congress where a groundbreaking quantum theory is to be unveiled. The costume design for this production, which won the “Gilde Filmpreis”, was developed by costume designer Pola Kardum, relying on parts from our 60s collection.
