Die Ermittlung

Shooting wraps for “Die Ermittlung,” directed by RP Kahl. The play by Peter Weiss, which premiered in 1965, serves as a model. It is based on personal notes, newspaper articles and protocols of the first Frankfurt Auschwitz trial (1963 to 1965). The cinema project was now shot within only five days with 60 actors. Costume designer Tina Kloempken and assistant Emily Schumann rented most of the costumes from our collection. The film is scheduled for release on January 25, 2024.
