Where’s Wanda – Season 2
The second series of the black comedy ‘Where’s Wanda?’ is set to begin on Apple TV. The eight episodes will be released weekly until 9 December. Just as things are starting to settle down again for the Klatt family, their daughter Wanda (Lea Drinda) is apparently caught standing over a dead body. Carlotta (Heike Makatsch) and Dedo (Axel Stein) are determined to prove her innocence and find the real culprit. In doing so, they find themselves plunged into the criminal underworld of their tranquil suburb.
Costume designer Ute Paffendorf once again demonstrates just how much darkness lies behind the façade of everyday suburban life. Her costumes oscillate between middle-class normality and offbeat humour, giving each character a distinct profile.
Various costumes for the roles of Heike Makatsch, Kostja Ullmann and Palina Rojinski were created in the atelier of Theaterkunst: a two-piece ladies’ suit, a pair of trousers and a bodysuit, as well as a yellow ladies’ costume.
