On December 22, “The Sheik” will launch as the first German in-house production on the streaming portal Paramount+, which has been available in this country since the beginning of December. Svenja Gassen and her team are responsible for the costume design of the 8-part series. Inspired by true events, the series tells the story of an unprecedented con job. Ringo (Björn Meyer), a family man from the Black Forest, reinvents himself as the illegitimate son of a billionaire Arab dynasty.
