The Tiger

The anti-war drama “The Tiger” by director Dennis Gansel will be the first German Amazon Original film to be released in selected cinemas on 18 September. In winter, it will be available worldwide exclusively on Prime Video.

In autumn 1943, a five-man crew of a German Tiger tank is sent on a secret mission to the Eastern Front. The order quickly becomes a moral abyss between fear and inner emptiness. Costume designer Anke Winckler has borrowed selected costume pieces from our 1940s department.
