Sound of Falling
After an impressive premiere in Cannes, “Sound of Falling” was released in German cinemas and immediately took first place in the arthouse charts. The film tells the story of four women on a four-sided farm whose lives are closely intertwined.
Costume designer Sabrina Krämer has rented costumes from the respective eras of the four protagonists: Alma (1910s), Erika (1940s), Angelika (1980s) and Lenka (2020s). The women spend their childhood or youth on this farm and are repeatedly confronted with the past.
