Amadeus
The five-part Sky Original drama series “Amadeus” about the star composer of the 18th century and about genius, envy, and passion is set to premiere. Based on the play that premiered in 1979, 25-year-old Amadeus arrives in Vienna unemployed. He finds an ally in the singer Constanze Weber—who later becomes his wife—to get close to the court composer Antonio Salieri.
Costume designer Lisa Duncan has worked with our costume department again after “We Were the Lucky Ones.” For “Amadeus,” she once more found a variety of costume pieces in our historical hall.
